摘 要:移位工程中混凝土柱托换节点承受复杂的弯剪作用,将该受力过程分为界面开裂前和开裂后两个阶段,认为托换节点区域受弯变形满足平截面假定,利用新老混凝土粘结复合受力的强度特性计算分析该节点界面在弯剪共同作用下的破坏过程。结果表明,弯剪作用下混凝土柱托换节点界面的受力性能与柱混凝土强度等级、支座间距及托换梁截面特性密切相关,且在实际工程中采用节点新旧混凝土界面抗剪承载力的分阶段设计计算方法更具有针对性和合理性。Underpinning joints of RC columns bear complicated flexure-shear effect in shift engineering.The loading process was divided into pre-cracking and post-cracking segments of new to old concrete interface.The mechanical properties of the interface in different stages under flexure-shear were analyzed based on the plane section assumption by using formula of adhesive strength behavior of new and old concrete.The analysis was compared with test results.According to the comparison,it was found that the mechanical properties are closely related with concrete strength grade of the column,the support span,and the sectional characteristic.Also,the design method of bearing capacity of the new to old concrete interface of underpinning joints considering different loading stages is more pertinent and reasonable than traditional design method in practical projects.
