摘　　要：ERP实现了物流、资金流和信息流的统一,但其按照国外标准和理念设计的报表模块不能适应公司个性化报表需求;FMIS7.0系统,其报表功能无论从设计上还是使用上都非常完善,但易形成信息孤岛。在深入调研两系统的功能特点和具体分析公司财务需求之后,设计并实现了一套基于ERP和FMIS企业财务解决方案,使大量集成凭证利用ERP系统自动生成,让FMIS手工录入凭证与集成凭证在两系统之间自动传递,最终利用FMIS生成财务报表,统一核算,极大地减轻了财务人员的工作负担,提高了整个公司的财务运行效率。ERP can implement the uniform of logistics,capital flow and imformation flow,but,designed in accordence with foreign idea and standards,the company report module can not meet the meeds of individual statements.For FMIS 7.0 system,its reporting capabilities both in design and in use are perfect,but it is easy to form information silos.After deep research into the function characterastics of the two systems and analysis on the specific needs of corporation finance,a set of solutions for corporation finance based on ERP and FMIS are designed and implemented,using EPR system to generate automatically a large number of integrated certificates,and making FMIS-manual-entry certificates and the integrated certificates pass automatically between the two systens.The financial statements generated by FMIS unify account,greatly reduce the burden on financial staff in work,and improve the efficiency of the company financy.
