摘 要:目的 观察天然型无机骨骨缺损内与骨膜下植入后在成骨能力、愈合过程上的差异。方法 将块状天然型无机骨植入兔下颌骨缺损内与骨膜下( 骨皮质表面) ,进行光镜及扫描电镜观察。结果 骨缺损组植入4 周即有新骨向无机骨孔内长入,12 周无机骨少部分被吸收,新骨与无机骨间界面清晰,骨缺损被新骨完全修复。骨膜下组8 周出现少量新骨,12 周大部分无机骨被纤维结缔组织包裹,与原骨床间主要为纤维性间隔,仅少部分与新骨组织结合。结论 天然型无机骨在骨缺损内植入比在骨膜下植入的传导性成骨能力强、愈合快。Objective To observe the differences of the osteogenetic ability and the healing process between the natural non-organic bone (NNB) in subperiosteal implantation and in bone defect implantation.Methods The NNB block in the rabbits mandibular defects and subperiostium (the surface of the bone cortex) implanted and tested by means of histomorphology and scanning electron microscope examination.Results At 4th week,the group with defects implantation had new bone reformation and got into the NNB trabecula.By 12th week,NNB was slightly absorbed,and an obvious interface between the NNB and the new bone could be seen.The bone defects had been repaired completely by the new bone.In the group with subperiosteal implantation,the new bone reformation was firstly presented in a very little amount at 8th week,and at 12th week,a large part of NNB was encapsulated by fibrous connective tissue,between the NNB and the host bone bed.The fibrous tissue was the essential component,only a little new bone was found.Conclusion The NNB implanted in bone defects has greater conductive osteogenetic ability and promotes healing process than in subperiosteal implantation.
