摘  要:采用8种等位酶对白皮松4个天然群体的遗传多样性和遗传分化进行了研究。在4个群体中共检测到10个基因位点,15个等位基因,其中6个位点为多态位点;群体总体水平多态位点比率P=60%,平均有效基因数A=1.92,平均期望杂合度He=0.106,种群平均遗传距离为0.006 8。南漳白皮松群落平均等位基因数A=1.9,平均有效等位基因数Ae=1.08,多态位点百分率P=60.0%,期望杂合度He=0.092,观测杂合度Ho=0.098。南漳白皮松群体遗传多样性偏低,遗传变异水平较低,适宜采取原地保护和异地保存相结合的保护策略。白皮松4个群体的遗传分化系数Fst=0.005 7,基因流Nm=43.977 3,表明白皮松群体间有一定程度的遗传分化。聚类分析表明,4个群体分为3组,南漳群体与山西孝义群体的遗传距离最小,亲缘关系最近。Genetic diversity and genetic differentiation among four natural populations of Pinus bungeana were studied using eight allozyme systems. The results showed that 10 loci and 15 alleles were detected, of which 6 loci were exhibited polymorphism. Percentage of polymorphic loci P = 60%, mean number of effective alleles per locus A = 1.92, mean expected heterozygosity He =0. 106, mean genetic distance were 0. 006 8. The parameters of genetic diversity of P. bungeana of Nanzhang was given as follows : mean number of alleles per locus A = 1.9, mean number of effective alleles per locus Ae = 1.08, percentage of polymorphic loci P = 60.0%, expected het- erozygosity He = O. 092, directly counted heterozygosity Ho = 0. 098. The genetic diversity in natural population of Nanzhang P. bungeana was slight low, and its implication for conservation strategy was discussed. Genetic diversity between populations Fst = 0.005 7, Gene flow Nm = 43. 977 3, P. bungeana populations that have a certain degree of genetic differentiation. Four populations were divided into three groups according to Nei's genetic distance, Ge- netic distance is minimum between Nanzhang population and Shanxi population, the relationship is recent.
