摘　　要：本文通过对"造宋"功臣后代袭封情况、起家官与入仕途径的分析,得出功臣后代身份固然对他们的仕进有帮助,但个人素质和际遇尤为关键,本文则就此展开了论述。This paper makes an explanation of hereditary, Initial official position and the way to being an official. We can make an conclusion that dignity of descendants of ＂creating Song Dynasty＂ had certain influence on their official career, but their abilities and chance especially had the key influence.
