干扰素对宫颈糜烂疗效的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究影响干扰素对宫颈糜烂疗效的相关因素。方法统计完成奥平栓治疗3个疗程的258例宫颈糜烂患者的疗效,分析年龄、病程、性生活、糜烂分度与分型5个因素对疗效的影响。结果 258例患者平均随访23.6个月,总有效率为87.98%。高龄组与低龄组有效率差异无统计学意义;有性生活组有效率低于无性生活组;短病程组有效率较长病程组高;糜烂分度越重,有效率越低;3种糜烂分型中,单纯型有效率最高,乳头型有效率最低。结论干扰素对宫颈糜烂疗效明显,病程、性生活、糜烂分度及分型是影响其疗效的显著因素,治疗期间应避免性生活,并做到早期治疗。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of interferon efficacy in cervical erosion.Methods To analyze the potential influencing factors of interferon efficacy,such as age,duration,sex life,erosion indexing and classification,in 258 cases with cervical erosion who completed three courses of treatment with interferon.Results The patients were followed up for 23.6 months on average,and the total efficient was 87.98%.There was no significant difference in the efficient between aged group and younger group.The efficient of sexual active group was lower than the asexual life group.The shorter duration group had higher efficient compared with longer duration group.The more severe erosion of indexing,the lower efficiency.According to three subtypes,simplex type had the highest efficient,papillary type had the lowest efficient.Conclusion Interferon is significantly effective in cervical erosion.Duration,sex life,erosion indexing and classification are the influencing factors of interferon efficacy in cervical erosion.It is necessary to avoid sex life during treatment and have a early treatment.
