摘　　要：通过分析发达国家和我国生态农业研究与建设实践的概况，指出当前生态农业研究和实践潮流标志着农业现代化发展的新阶段，是新的农业科技革命的具体体现，我国生态农业实践是探索农业可持续发展的成功模式。针对我国生态农业建设基础和发展需要，对国家“十五”期间生态农业建设提出了高、中、低３ 种可选择目标的建议，并对加速推进生态农业建设提出了４ 项主要保证措施。A review is described of development of eco friendly agriculture abroad and at hmoe.It is pointed out that the tide of development of eco friendly agriculture indicates the new stage of modernization of agriculture,and it also gives expression to a new revolution in the contemporary agriculture.The development of eco agriculture in China is a fruitful exploration into sustainable development of agriculture.Three category objectives(high,modest and low)are suggested for choose for development of eco agriculture in the period of the tenth five yeare plan,and 4 major countermeasures are designed for its implementation.
