摘　　要：目的探讨术前访视对戒毒患者立体定向术中血压、心率的影响。方法对60例戒毒患者按随机数字表法随机分为访视组和对照组各30例,对照组行常规护理,访视组患者在常规护理的基础上进行术前访视。结果两组患者术前血压及心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中血压、心率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论术前访视有效减少了戒毒患者紧张和恐惧心理,稳定了患者情绪,保证了术中血压和心率的平稳及手术顺利安全的进行,减少了并发症的发生率。Objective To observe the effect of preoperative interview on heart rate and blood pressure during stereotactic treatment in rehabilitation patients.Methods Sixty rehabilitation patients were randomly divided into observation group（n=30） and control group（n=30）.All the patients undergone routine nursing.Then patients in the observation group were interviewed before operation.Results There were significant differences in the mean values of blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Preoperative interview is effective in reducing the tension and fear of rehabilitation patients,stabilizing their emotional status,ensuring the intraoperative blood pressure,heart rate and a smooth and safe operation and decreasing the incidence of complications.
