摘　　要：田径3000m障碍跑作为耐力与技术结合的体能类项目,其战术也是一门与对手进行场上竞赛的艺术,在分析3000m障碍跑战术内容基础上,构建了当代3000m障碍跑的常用战术和致胜战术,提出了运用战术应遵循的基本原则。Athletics 3000m Steeplechase as a combination of physical endurance and technology class project,and its tactics is also a race with the opponents field of art,3000m Steeplechase in the analysis based on tactical content,building the contemporary tactics used 3000m steeplechase and Winning tactics,tactics to be made using the basic principles.
