摘　　要：经济宪法学是宪法学学科体系中的重要组成部分,它的研究围绕以财产权为核心的基本经济自由与权利展开,寻求国家权力介入公民经济生活的边界。对经济宪法学的研究应以宪法文本为基础,分析宪法中保障经济自由与权利的相关制度。经济宪法学还应研究经济自由与权利与其他宪法权利之间的关系、经济权利与自由对宪政、经济发展的作用以及国家权力的经济基础等问题。Economic constitution is an important part of the constitution subject system.The research of this subject focuses on economic freedoms and rights based on property rights in order to find the boundary of the national power in the field of citizens＇ economic life.By construing constitutional text,economic constitution should study related institutions which can protect economic freedom and rights.Other scope of economic constitution includes the relationship between economic rights and other constitutional rights,the function of economic rights on constitutionalism and economic development,economic foundation of national power,and so on.
