摘　　要：农村劳动力城市转移是当前的热点问题。本文根据西方宏观迁移理论和社会资本理论,结合中国实际,搭建了一个农村劳动力城市转移的宏观社会资本理论框架体系,并以南京为例对这一理论进行检验,进而得出一些有价值的结论。The cityward transfer of rural labor force is a current hot topic.This article,based on Western Macro-transfer theory and social capital theory,combined with China＇s reality,established a social capital macro-framework system of cityward transfer of rural labor force.Authors inspected this theory through a specific example of Nanjing and then drew some valuable conclusions.
