摘  要:操作票制度是电力系统运行管理中一种防止误操作的有效安全措施。基于电力系统业务平台从直接控制操作和管理监督两个方面进行需求分析,提出了地区电网智能防误操作票系统的设计,同时基于一体化的思想,来实现从地调到变电站操作票系统的一体化管理及操作。在此基础上,重点介绍了系统的结构设计与智能推理机制,实现了一体化的操作票系统。将本系统应用于宁夏中卫调度中心,实践证明该操作票系统的智能性与有效性。The operation order system is an effective security measure to prevent misoperation in electric power system. According to the power system business platform and analyzed two aspects of demand from directly controlled over operations and management, an intelligent anti-misoperation operation order system is designed, while the idea of integrative is applied and the integrative management and control of the operation order system is developed. On the basis of this idea, the design of system structure and the intelligent reasoning mechanisms is highlighted, the integrative operation order system is realized. The system has been used in power dispatching centre of Zhongwei in Ningxia Province, practice has proved that operation order system is intelligent and effective.
