摘　　要：目的探讨遗尿症患者的尿动力学变化。方法对１５例遗尿症患者行尿流率，充盈期膀胱压，压力流率及静态尿道压测定。结果功能性膀胱容量减少者４例，不稳定膀胱者８例，膀胱顺应性下降者９例，尿道压力升高者６例，尿道压力降低者２例。结论尿动力学紊乱是遗尿症的原因之一，尿动力学检查对遗尿症的临床治疗有指导意义。bjective To study the urodynamic abnormalities in primary enuresis. Methods Urodynamic studies were carried out for 15 patients of enuresis.Bladder pressure during filling, pressureflow study during voiding and urethral pressure profilometry were performed. Results Decreased functional bladder capacity was noted in 4 patieuts,decreased bladder compliance in 9,bladder instability in 8,increased urethral pressure in 6 and decreased urethral pressure in 2. Conclusions These results indicated that the abnormal urodynamic findings might play an etiologic role in primary enuresis.Urodynamic studies have been important in the selection of treatment strategy in enuresis.
