摘　　要：目的研究吗啡依赖大鼠肾上腺皮质酶组织化学变化，为进一步研究影响机体状态和行为提供形态学依据。方法用皮下注射吗啡法建立雄性大鼠吗啡依赖性模型，用组织化学和图像分析方法观察吗啡依赖大鼠肾上腺皮质酶组织化学变化。结果吗啡依赖大鼠肾上腺皮质束状带和网状带细胞流硝酸脱氨酶（SDH）和－羟基类固醇脱氢酶（3β－HSD）的活性减弱（P＜0．01）。结论吗啡可致肾上腺皮质功能减退。To observe histochemistry of the adrenal cortex on morphine dependent rats and to give the morphological evidence to further research on morphine's effects on the condition and action of organism.Method The morphine dependent model of male rats was made by subcutaneous injection administering morphine. The changes of the adrenal cortex were studied by histochemistry and image analysis.Results The experimental results showed that the activity of succinic dehydrogenase and 3 β-hydroxysteroid dehydrgenase were weakened in the morphine dependent group.Conclusion Morphine could give rise to diminishment of function of adrenal cortex.
