摘 要:综放开采技术是厚煤层开采工艺的重要发展方向之一,采用三维有限元离散方法,研究了不同采高、不同采深、不同煤体硬度条件下煤壁片帮规律,得到了不同条件下规律拟合公式.结果表明:采高、采深、煤体硬度都影响煤体片帮;随着采深和煤体硬度增加,煤层片帮几率和片帮区范围加大;煤体硬度、采深对煤壁片帮范围影响较小;随着采高增大,煤壁支承压力峰值降低,深入煤体深度增加;煤壁片帮与采深、采高和煤体硬度呈非线性关系.该结果为进一步定量研究大采高条件下煤壁片帮影响因素提供了理论依据.Fully-mechanized caving technology is main derection in thick coal seam mining.3D finite element discretization method was used to study coal wall rib spalling law in different mining height,different mining depth and different coal hardness,and obtained the law fitting formula under different conditions.The result shows that mining height,mining depth and coal hardness all affect coal wall rib spalling,and with increase of them coal wall rib spalling probability and area also increase,but coal hardness and mining depth have little influence.With the increase of mining height,abutment pressure peak of coal wall decreases while entering coal body more deeply.Coal wall rib spalling has a nonlinear relationship with mining height,mining depth and coal hardness.The result provides theoretical basis for further quantitatively study on influencing factors of coal wall rib spalling under large mining height condition.
