摘　　要：社区是社会的基本单元,在构建和谐社会中起着重要的作用。但是当前很多地方的社区工作还难以满足群众的需要,究其原因,与社区工作人员少、经费紧张和工作开展困难有着密切的关系。在现有条件下,要提高社区服务工作的质量,更好地维护社会稳定与和谐,不仅要增强居民社区归属意识,还要提高社区工作人员的服务意识和服务水平,更要充分利用本地现有教育资源,缓解人员与经费紧张问题。The community is the basic unit of society,which played an important role in constructing harmonious society.But now community work can not meet the needs of the public.The reasons include shortage of working stuff,lack of funds and difficulty in developing work.We should safeguard social stability and harmony by improving the quality of community service at present,strengthen community ownership of the residents＇ awareness,improve community service consciousness and service level,and make full use of existing local education resources in order to solve personnel and funding problems.
