造船工序计划的制定及在DELMIA平台上的实现与校核

摘　　要：针对造船企业制造工序计划中内容繁杂、时间节点与实际生产偏差量较大的问题,通过对造船计划要点的分析,及对工量、工时参数提取方法的研究,提出了以DELMIA为工具的船舶建造计划仿真系统的构建方法,以DPE定义制造所需的工艺和资源,以DELMIA QUEST生成可视化造船计划解决方案,同时分析船舶建造计划占用资源、场地及所需时间的合理性,从而提高船厂的场地、设备利用率,形成合理的船厂船舶建造计划,为造船企业制定计划提供解决方案.By analyzing factors of shipbuilding schedule and simulating of shipbuilding process with DELMIA tool,this paper defines work procedure and resources needed by shipbuilding.Then all processes become virtual reality and visible on pc screen with QUEST module.Moreover,the paper analyses the occupied reasonably ground,times and resources of the shipyard.The DELMIA tool can provide some good methods to upgrade the schedule.
