摘  要:收集疑似猪丹毒、猪瘟病例,整理在宰前检疫、宰后检验过程中皮肤、体内各器官系统出现的病理变化特点,用微生物学检查和血清学检查佐证屠宰检验结果,对检出猪丹毒、猪瘟生猪按规定处理。结果屠宰检验过程收集到出现典型的皮肤病理变化特征及其他组织器官病变的疑似猪丹毒、猪瘟病例,从疑似猪丹毒病料中分离到猪丹毒杆菌,且分离株可使小鼠感染死亡;对疑似猪瘟病例30份血清进行血清学检查,阳性率达73.3%。表明熟练地掌握猪丹毒、猪瘟病理变化鉴别要点可以提高不合格生猪的检出率。The suspected swine erysipelas and Swine Fever case was collected and the characteristic of pathological changes in skin and other organs was arranged.The test result was evidenced by Microbiological examination and serological testing.The swine suffering from swine erysipelas and Swine Fever should be Handled according to relevant rules.The suspected swine erysipelas and Swine Fever case with typical characteristic of pathological changes in skin and other organs was obtained by autopsy.Isolation strain of swine erysipelas bacillus can cause mice death.And positive rate is 73.3% from 30 blood serum suspected classical swine fever cases.The results showed that skillful docimasia of characteristic pathological changes can improve disqualification detection rate of porcine.
