摘　　要：产学研合作是高等职业教育培养多层次、多样化技能型人才的重要途径。文章阐述了当前高职院校产学研合作的现状和问题,分析了其中原因,探讨了如何实现多元利益的均衡和协调,建立产学研合作长效机制的措施。The cooperation between production,teaching and research is an important approach for higher vocational education to cultivate skilled talents of multi-levels and diversity.This paper expounds the present condition and problems of the cooperation in vocational colleges,analyzes the causes within and discusses the measures to realize the balance and harmony of pluralistic interest and to establish long-term mechanism of the cooperation between production,teaching and research.
