摘　　要：刁本恕主任医师主要从风热、湿热、食积3个方面分析小儿咳嗽的病情,常以小儿的体质因素指导选方用药,或行气化痰,或祛痰降逆,或疏风肃肺,或清热宣肺,或滋阴润肺,临证时取其一二,再随症加减,用之颇效。As for children cough,chief physician Diao Benshu analyzes the pathogenesis from wind heat,dampness and food stagnation aspects.He usually uses drugs directed by children＇s constitution： invigorate the circulation of qi to reduce phlegm,depress the abnormal rising of qi to dispel phlegm,dispel wind to clear lung qi,clearing heat to clear lung,nourish yin to moisten lung.It is very effective to use one of them or using them together.
