摘　　要：本文在确定双滚筒反拉式剥麻机结构形式的基础上,通过正交试验获得了苎麻剥麻机滚筒直径、滚筒转速、剥麻间隙等主要技术参数;并通过方案选择、结构设计与台架试验,确定了苎麻剥麻机的传动机构,最终设计出4BM-260型苎麻剥麻机。该机具有剥麻质量稳定、工作性能可靠、剥麻工效较高等特点,能够满足小规模苎麻种植户的需求,具有广阔的推广应用前景。The structure of double-roller anti-pull type was determined.On the basis of this,the main performance parameters of ramie decorticator such as roller diameter,speed,stripping gap and so on were obtained through the orthogonal experiment.Drive structure was established by program selection,structural design and bench test,finally,4BM-260 ramie decorticator was designed.The performance of this machine is steady,its work efficiency is high,the quality of fiber produced by it is very high.The demand of small-scale ramie farmers can be met and it has wide application prospect and popularization value.
