摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Sr2SiO4Dy3+粉体。用热重-差热(TG-DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等表征了样品的结构、形貌,研究了Dy掺杂浓度和Dy与L i的摩尔比对发光强度的影响。结果表明,所得样品为单斜晶系结构,呈长为800 nm的纤维状小颗粒,其发射光谱为一个多峰宽谱,主峰分别为480,571和661 nm;监测571 nm的发射峰,所得材料的激发光谱为一个多峰宽谱,主峰分别为327,352,366,391,429,453和478 nm;当Dy3+的掺杂浓度(摩尔分数)为4%,Dy与L i的摩尔比为1 1时,样品的发光强度最强。The Sr2SiO4:Dy^3+ phosphor was obtained by sol-gel method.The structure and morphology were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the sample is monoclinic crystal structure which is fibrous with an average diameter of about 80 nm and length of about 800 nm.The emission spectrum of Sr2SiO4Dy^3+ shows several bands at 480,571 and 661 nm under the 352 nm excitation.The excitation spectrum for 571 nm emission has several excitation bands at 327,352,366,391,429,453 and 478 nm.When the dosage of Dy^3+ is 1.0% and the mole ratio of Dy to Li is 11,the strongest luminescence intensity of the sample is obtained.
