58例高血压病人血浆内皮素水平分析

摘　　要：为研究血浆内皮素对高血压患者糖、脂代谢等方面的影响，对５８例高血压病人进行了血浆内皮素测定。内皮素水平＞５０ ｐｇ／Ｌ定为观察组，≤５０ ｐｇ／Ｌ为对照组。结果显示，高内皮素组与对照组在Ｌｐ（ａ）、ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＬＤＬ、血糖、胰岛素水平及心肌肥厚等方面都有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示内皮素水平与高血压病人的糖、脂代谢异常、心肌肥厚有关，是靶器官损害的危险因素。早期采取措施改善内皮功能，是高血压治疗的重要环节。Plasma endothelin levels were measured in hypertensive patients in order to know the influence of endothelin level on blood sugar and lipid metabolism in hypertensive patients. Patients with endothelin level >50 pg/L were belonged to endothelin-observing group,those with endothelin level ≤50 pg/L were belonged to control group. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in LP(a), TC, TG, LDL, blood sugar, insulin level and myocardial hypertrophy(P< 0. 05 or P< 0. 01). There were positive correlation among endothelin levels and blood sugar, lipid metabolism, myocardial hypertrophy in hypertensive patients, high endothelin level was a risk factor for the damage of target organs. It is important to treat hypertension for improving endothelium function in the early period.
