摘　　要：新形势下党组织资源开发所面临的挑战主要表现在党组织成员的素质有待提升,组织资源安全隐患值得警惕;党组织网络＂结点＂松动,组织资源维护的难度加大以及党基层组织建设还面临诸多问题,组织资源开发的基础不牢固。提出了相应的措施：提升党组织成员的素质,强化组织资源安全观;积极拓展党的组织网络,丰富组织资源;加强党基层组织建设,夯实党组织资源的基础。The Challenges to the organizations resources development of Chinese Communist Party under the new situation are as the follows： the quality of party members is to be improved;the security of organizational resources should be watched out;party network ＂nodes＂ are getting loose;the maintaining of organizational resources is getting more difficult;the building of the party＇s grass-roots organizations still faces many problems;the basis for organization resources development is not solid.It requires us to enhance the quality of party members,strengthen security concept of organizational resources,actively expand the party＇s organizational network,enrich resources of the organization,strengthen the party＇s grassroots organizations and reinforce the basis for party resources.
