摘　　要：目的:总结秦家泰教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的经验。方法:根据病因病机、处方遣药、分型证治及注重禁忌这一主线,探寻老中医认识和治疗疾病的思路和方法及用药精妙之处。结果:认为溃疡性结肠炎属中医休息痢范畴。半夏泻心汤合平胃散较连理汤更贴切该病病因病机,用寒凉之芩、连与温热的吴茱萸、干姜的药量比例来调节方剂的寒热偏性,不论湿热孰重孰轻,随证变化。结论:秦家泰教授治疗溃疡性结肠类经验丰富,疗效卓著。Objective：To introduce the QinGuTai professor treatment ulcerative colitis experience.Methods：According to explore prescription medicine etiology and pathogenesis,sent the syndrome differentiation and treatment,classification and pay attention to the main line,reveal a taboo and old Chinese medicine knowledge and treatment of diseases ideas and methods and developing sophisticated place.Results：Ulcerative colitis belongs to TCM rest celiac category.Conclusion：Banxia xiexin decoction and pingweisan more appropriate than coyly scattered disease pathogenesis,with cold Qin,even with the warm,dry ginger wuzhuyu dose of proportion to adjust formula of cold sex,no matter which partial damp and hot is weight,with certificate change,curative effect is very favorable.
