摘　　要：目的:总结近年来老年性痴呆记忆损伤的研究结果。方法:应用文献法对老年性痴呆的早期诊断进行综述。结果:运用量表测试可早期诊断老年性痴呆。结论:语义记忆范畴特异性损伤在用于诊断老年性痴呆的量表的编制中需多加考虑。Objective：Review progress of nearly a resent years of the scale of Alzheimer＇s disease.Methods：Scale testing is currently the main method on the early diagnosis of Alzheimer＇s disease.Results：Scale text is the early diagnosis of Alzheimer＇s disease.Conclusion：Category-specific semantic memory need to take greater account in scale of Alzheimer＇s disease.
