西北少数民族传统体育与体育课程改革的问题研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、实证调研等方法,对西北少数民族传统体育与体育课程改革的问题进行研究,研究表明:教育事业的科学发展是体育课程改革的指导思想,素质教育是体育课程改革的内在要求,课程建设是体育课程改革的核心要素,少数民族传统体育为体育课程改革提供了丰厚的土壤。研究旨在要从面向时代要求、谋划教育发展、树立先进教育理念的高度上,从全面提高少数民族地区教育发展水平的层面上,从获取先进体育课程价值取向的角度上进行西北少数民族传统体育与体育课程改革;从而以特有的少数民族传统体育孕育学校体育文化,以少数民族体育文化打造品牌课程,以少数民族传统体育文化形成特色课程,促进西北少数民族地区学校体育事业的科学发展。Both literature research and empirical research methods were employed in this study on the issues of P.E curriculum reform and Northwest Minority traditional sports.As the research findings indicate,the scientific development of education provides the guidelines for physical education curriculum reform;quality-oriented education is the requirement of the physical education curriculum reform.Course construction is the core element of physical education curriculum reform;Minority Traditional Sports provide fertile soil for the P.E curriculum reform.The purpose of paper is to reform the P.E curriculum and Northwest Minority traditional sports under the framework of the educational development plan;to establish the concept of advanced education;and to improve the level of education development in minority areas.Thus,the culture of School Sports can be nurtured by the Traditional Sports and brand programs of minority sports culture can be established,so as to promote the scientific development of physical education in Northwest Minority region.
