摘　　要：在创新型国家建设中,高校担负着培养创新型人才的重大历史使命。为此,高校必须站在建设创新型国家的战略高度来认识创新型人才培养问题,认真分析高等教育中一切不利于创新人才培养的影响因素,大力推行教育创新,明确人才培养目标,培育创新精神,加强创业教育,营造良好的创新氛围。In building an innovation-oriented nation,universities undertakes the important mission of cultivating innovative talents for the society.To this end,universities must view the task of cultivating innovative talents from the country＇s strategic height,make careful analysis of the factors hindering the cultivation of innovative talents,vigorously carry out education innovation,set clear objectives of fostering talents,cultivate the spirit of innovation,strengthen entrepreneurship education,and create a good atmosphere for innovation.
