摘 要:为预测空场法采矿时矿柱破坏规律及失稳分析,运用断裂力学及突变理论建立了矿柱失稳的尖点突变模型.将开采厚度远小于采场跨度的空场法采场假定为无限大板上相隔一定间距的共线裂纹,采用断裂力学Ⅰ型裂纹模型,得出了矿柱破坏宽度的计算公式;基于突变理论以失稳阻抗因子和矿柱破坏发展因子为控制变量,矿柱应力强度比Fq为状态变量建立了矿柱失稳的尖点突变模型,研究表明:当Fq>1,矿柱会发生失稳;当Fq<1时,矿柱不会发生失稳.实例分析表明利用该模型对矿柱稳定性进行分析,其结果满足工程要求.For open stope mining,we established a cusp catastrophe model for describing instability of pillar for predicting the failure law of mining pillars based on fracture mechanics and catastrophe theory.Concretely,by assuming an open stope whose mining thickness is much less than the stope span as a series of co-linear cracks in an infinite plate with a certain space interval,we obtain the failure width of mining pillar by adopting the fracture mechanics Mode I,the crack model,to get the formula for calculating the failure width.Based on the catastrophe theory,we take the instability resistance factor and pillar destruction factor as the control variables,and the strength ratio of pillar stress(Fq) as the state variable.The results show that,if Fq〉1,mine pillars will be destroyed,while if Fq〈1,mine pillars will not be destroyed.The application results show that this model used to analyze stability of mine pillar meets the requirement of engineering.
