长三角区域经济社会协调发展等级层次体系研究

摘　　要：根据区域社会与经济协调发展涵义,通过构建评价县域社会和经济协调发展的指标体系,文章对长三角地区76个县域的社会经济数据运用主成分和协调发展函数等方法进行定量分析,得出以下结论:长三角区域经济社会协调发展等级层次体系呈现圈层结构;空间分布区位优势明显,但经济社会协调发展不均衡,社会发展明显滞后于经济发展;存在核心圈层发展度高但协调度不高、内圈层带动作用有限、中圈层社会经济发展水平低等问题。最后,基于区域协调发展的圈层结构提出相应对策。On the basis of connotation of coordinated development of economy and society, by establishing evaluation system for coordinated development of economy and society in Yangtze River Delta, this paper gives a study on the structure of coordinated development of economy and society at county level in Yangtze River Delta. According to above, some conclusions are drawn as follows： the rating system for the coordinated development of economy and society in Yangtze River Delta exhibits a circle structure; location advantage plays an important role in the development of economy and society, and the development of society is lower than it of economy ; core layer has a highlevel development but not high-level coordination; the inner layer has limited promotional effect on regional economy; the development of middle layer is low. Finally, based on the circle structure, the countermeasures of promoting regional coordinated development of economy and society are introduced.
