摘　　要：为控制物流外包业务运营中的风险,在原始风险矩阵基础上,通过增加注意力栏和风险级别量化值栏构建由两级风险指标组成的风险矩阵模型.该方法可以解决应用原始风险矩阵产生过多相等Borda值的问题,更适用于物流外包业务.ZHT-BBB物流外包业务的实证分析表明,该方法具有针对性和适用性.In order to control risks during the operations of logistics outsourcing,a two-grade risk matrix is set up by adding an ＂attention＂ item and ＂quantitative risk grade＂ item to the traditional risk matrix.This method can solve the problem that application of traditional matrix often produces too many equivalent Borda values,and it is more applicable to logistics outsourcing operations.The empirical analysis of the ZHT-BBB logistics outsourcing operations shows that the model is of pertinence and applicability.
