摘  要:采用ICP法对服用茶叶提取物1年的人群及其对照组进行发锰与血锰的检测。结果显示,虽然服茶组每人每天锰摄入量比对照组高27%,但2组人群血锰与发锰并无显著性差异,表明该种方式补锰效果较差。提示在进行锰与人群健康关系研究时,不仅要重视总摄入量,而且要重视其摄入方式及其吸收率。By ICP method,the contents of hair manganese and blood manganese from people who had drunk tea extraction dayly for one year (treatment group)and placebo group were analysised,The results showed that the total intake of manganese of treatment group was 27% higher than that of placebo group,but he contents of blood manganeseand and hair manganese were no difference between two groups.It was suggested we should pay attention to absorb ration of manganese as well as to total intake of manganese in the research of manganese effects.
