摘 要:目的:探讨UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、干化学分析仪与镜检3种方法联合检测管形、尿蛋白的重要性。方法:2 771例尿标本分别用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、干化学分析仪和Olympus显微镜检测管形、尿蛋白,并且对3种方法的结果进行比较分析。结果:3种方法比较:(1)沉渣法管形阴性、干化学法蛋白阴性、镜检法管形阴性占45.87%;(2)沉渣法管形阳性、干化学法蛋白阳性、镜检法管形阳性占14.69%;(3)沉渣法管形阴性、干化学法蛋白阳性、镜检法管形阴性占5.4%;(4)沉渣法管形阴性、干化学法蛋白阳性、镜检法管形阳性占0.73%;(5)沉渣法管形阳性、干化学法蛋白阳性、镜检法管形阴性占23.42%;(6)沉渣法管形阳性、干化学法蛋白阴性、镜检法管形阳性占9.82%;(7)沉渣法管形阴性、干化学法蛋白阴性、镜检法管形阳性占0.07%。3种方法检测结果一致的占60.56%。沉渣法假阳性为23.42%,假阴性为0.79%;干化学法假阳性为24.5%;假阴性为9.89%。结论:由于尿标本成分复杂,尿沉渣分析仪法、干化学分析仪法均存在假阳性和假阳性的现象。为保证结果的可靠性,为临床提供可靠参考依据。首先用尿沉渣分析仪法、干化学分析仪法做筛选,如均阴性可以发报告,若有任何1项结果异常要镜检后才可发报告。Objective: To show the importance of combined use of UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer,dry chemistry analyzer and microscopy for detection of tubular cells and proteins in urine samples.Methods: A total of 2771 urine samples were detected with UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer,dry chemistry analyzer and microscopy;respectively,and efficiency of these three methods were shown.Results:(1) 45.8% samples were shown as negative for tubular cells by UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer,negative for protein by dry chemistry analyzer, and negative for tubular cells under microscopy: respectively. (2) 14.69% samples were shown as positive for tubular cells by UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer, positive for protein by dry chemistry analyzer, and positive for tubular cells under microscopy; respectively. (3) 5.4% samples were shown as negative for tubular cells by UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer, positive for protein by dry chemistry analyzer, and negative for tubular cells under mlcroscopy: respectively. (4) 0.73% samples were shown as negative for tubular cells by UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer, positive for protein by dry chemistry analyzer, and posiuve for tubular cells under mmroscopy: respectively. (5) 23.42% samples were shown as positive for tubular cells by UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer, positive for protem by dry chemistry analyzer, and negauve for tubular ceils under mmroscopy: respectively. (6) 9.82% samples were shown as negative for tubular cells by UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer, positive for protein by dry chemistry analyzer, and negative for tubular cells under mmroscopy~ respectively. (7) 0.07% samples were shown as negative for tubular ceils by UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer, negative for protein by dry chemistry analyzer, and positwe for tubular cells under mmroscopy; respectively.
