产科开展三级护理查房模式的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨三级护理查房在产科中的应用效果。方法:将产科2个病区分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用三级护理查房模式,对照组采用传统的护理查房模式,比较实施前、后两组护士专科知识掌握情况、患者满意度及护理质量。结果:实施三级护理查房前患者满意度、护士专科知识得分、护理质量评估两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。实施三级护理查房后,两组护士专科知识掌握情况差异有统计学意义(t=2.06,P<0.05);两组患者满意度差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.96,P<0.05);两组护理质量评分差异有显著性(t=2.46,P<0.05)。结论:三级护理查房有利于提高患者满意度、护士专业素质及护理质量,值得推广应用。Objective： To explore the effects of the three-grade nursing ward-round mode1 in obstetric departments.Methods： Two sections were separated into two groups.Experimental group adopted three-grade nursing ward-round model,control group adopted traditional nursing ward-round mode1.The status of obstetric knowledge,patients′ satisfaction and nursing quality score before and after the implementation were compared.Results： Six months after implementing nursing ward-round mode1,the difference in obstetric knowledge, patients＇ satisfaction and nursing quality score between two groups were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The three-grade nursing ward-round model can promote patients satisfaction, obstetric knowledge, and nursing quality. It is worth of extensive application.
