摘　　要：目的观察针灸对海洛因依赖者睡眠障碍和焦虑情绪的改善作用。方法将62例男性海洛因依赖者分为对照组(27例)和针灸组(35例)。针灸组针刺百会、内关、神门穴,留针30 min;同时,艾灸足三里穴,每次30 min,每周2次,共8周。对照组不接受任何治疗措施。采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxietyscale,SAS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)分别观察两组治疗前后焦虑状况和睡眠质量。结果治疗后,针灸组SAS总分和标准分、入睡时间和PSQI总分较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05),睡眠时间显著延长(P<0.05);对照组仅入睡时间和睡眠时间较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论针灸对海洛因依赖者睡眠障碍、焦虑情绪都具有改善作用。Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in alleviating sleep disorders and anxiety in heroin-addicts.Methods Sixty-two male heroin-addicts were divided into control group,and acupuncture and moxibustion treated group.Thirty-five patients in the acupuncture and moxibustion treated group were treated with acupuncture at ＂Baihui＂（DU20）,＂Neiguan＂（PC6）,and ＂Shenmen＂（HT7） for 30 minutes;meanwhile,they were treated with moxibustion at ＂Zusanli＂（ST36） for 30 minutes,twice per week,for 8 weeks.Twenty-two patients in the control group did not receive any treatment measure.Before and after treatment,anxiety conditions and sleep quality in the both groups were observed by self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI）,respectively.Results After treatment,the total scores and standardized scores of SAS,the time taken to fall asleep,and the total scores of PSQI were significantly decreased,and the sleep time was significantly increased in acupuncture and moxibustion treated group compared with those before treatment;while in the control group,only the time taken to fall asleep,and the sleep time were significantly alleviated after treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with moxibustion has some effects in alleviating sleep disorders and anxiety conditions in heroin addicts.
