补肾密骨片对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠胫骨生物力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探究补肾密骨片治疗骨质疏松的机制。方法选择10月龄Wistar大鼠,采用去除卵巢饲养1个月的方法复制骨质疏松症模型,模型复制成功后,采用补肾密骨片进行治疗,治疗4周和8周后,分别取各组胫骨测定抗弯强度、刚性系数、弹性模量、最大挠度和韧性系数。结果与西药组和模型组比较,治疗4周后中药组胫骨抗弯强度和弹性模量显著增加(P<0.05)。结论补肾密骨片可以使去卵巢诱导骨质疏松大鼠的骨代谢恢复平衡。Objective To explore the mechanism of Bushen Migu Tablets,a traditional Chinese medicine for supplementing kidney to tonify the bone,in treating osteoporosis.Methods Ten-month-old Wistar rats were selected to induce osteoporosis by ovariectomy.One month later,the model rats with osteoporosis were treated with Bushen Migu Tablets.Four and eight weeks after treatment,respectively,the tibias from all groups were removed for measuring their bending strength,stiffness coefficient,elastic modulus,maximum deflection,and tough factor.Results Four weeks after treatment,compared with those of themodel group and western medicine treated group,the bending strength and elastic modulus were significantly increased in Bushen Migu Tablets treated group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bushen Migu Tablets can restore the normal balance of bone metabolism of rats with osteoporosis caused by ovariectomy.
