摘　　要：空间搭载诱变是一种育种新技术,中国科技工作者采用空间诱变先后创制和育成一批水稻新种质、新品种及杂交稻恢复系。此研究采用空间诱变与杂交育种相结合的手段,将恢复系‘明恢86’干种子通过返回式卫星搭载后与‘台农67’杂交,F2代再与CDR22复合杂交,培育出的新恢复系‘福恢936’。用该恢复系与不育系‘Ⅱ-32A’配组的高产优质三系杂交水稻新品种‘Ⅱ优936’,在福建省2年区试中平均比对照‘汕优63’增产达10.82%,米质主要指标达部颁优质米二级标准,稻瘟病抗性比对照‘汕优63’强,2005年通过福建省农作物品种审定。本研究可成功地培育出高产优质杂交水稻新品。Space mutation was a new technology of breeding. China＇s scientific and technological workers created a group of new rice germplasm, varieties and hybrid rice restorer line by space mutation. ‘ Fuhui 936 ’ is a hybrid rice restorer line by space mutation and crossbreeding technology. It was bred by multiple cross of the restorer line ‘ Minghui 86 ’ dry seeds after being carried by recoverable satellite / Tainong 67//CDR22. Ⅱ you936 was developed from the cross of good quality three-line male sterile ‘ Ⅱ-32A ’ with restorer line ‘ Fuhui 936 ’ . Its yield significantly increased by 10.82% compared with the control ‘ Shanyou 63 ’ in 2 years the regional trial of Fujian province. Its resistance was stronger than ‘ Shanyou 63 ’ to rice blast. Furthermore, its quality reached Grand 2 national good quality rice standard. ‘ II you936 ’ has passed test by the crop variety approval committee of in 2005.This research could be successful in bringing out new varieties of high yield and fine quality hybrid rice.
