摘　　要：文章以河北省为例,分析了蛋鸡产业的发展现状,运用SWOT模型分析了蛋鸡产业升级的机会、优势、难题和劣势,在此基础上提出了促进蛋鸡产业升级的战略措施。Take Hebei Province as an example,this paper analyzes the present development of hen industry and the opportunities,problems,strengths and weaknesses in laying hen industrial upgrade by adopting SWOT model,and on this basis the strategic measures to improve the hen industry are put forward as well.
