摘  要:内生真菌对鹿蹄草的生长、抗逆等具有重要意义。笔者对1株鹿蹄草内生真菌R25(Nectriasp.)的生物学特性进行报道,旨在为该菌株在鹿蹄草等园林绿化植物引种驯化中的应用提供依据。研究发现:R25在培养的1~2天生长缓慢,3~10天生长迅速,11天后生长趋于稳定。该菌的适宜生长温度为能10~生2长5℃,,但最黑适暗生对长生温长度更为有20利℃;;该在菌pH株4能.0利~8用.0多之种间碳均、能氮生源长,,其最中适最生适长碳p、H氮为源5分.0~别6.为0;葡在萄各糖光、照硝条酸件钾下,且均在OMA培养基中产孢能力最强。Endophytic fungi play a key role in growth and anti-adversity of Pyrola.The biological characteristics of a strain of endophytic fungi R25(Nectria sp.),which was isolated from Pyrola,were studied to provide evidence for appliance of the strain to introduction and acclimatization of Pyrola.The results showed as follows.The strain grew rapidly during the third to tenth day,followed by stable growth period after the eleventhday.The proper growth temperature of the strain was 10-25℃,and the optimal was 20℃.The optimum growth pH of the strain was 5.0-6.0,and darkness was beneficial to the growth.The strain had the ability of utilizing a wide range of carbon and nitrogen sources,and the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources were glucose and KNO3,respectively.Growing on the OMA media,the strain reached the peak capacity of generating spores.
