摘　　要：针对承德避暑渔村旅游景区现状环境条件,从功能分区、种植、餐饮、娱乐活动等方面,对承德避暑渔村旅游景区进行了全面规划。通过对承德避暑渔村旅游景区规划的分析与实践,提出了如何营造融自然外貌、生态保护、娱乐科普教育于一体的现代农村生态旅游区的思路,旨在突显现代农业生态观光旅游区规划中的一种场地精神和生态的理念。同时,也提出了农业观光园的规划设计应在保护生态环境、注重生态效益的基础上,合理开发旅游项目,挖掘经济效益,从而实现农业观光园中的生态、景观和文化等功能和谐统一。Based on the analysis of Chengde village tourism scenic spots,from the current conditions of functions,planting,entertainment etc,it presented us an overall plan of scenic spots in Chengde tourism village.Through the analysis and practice of the village of tourism planning in Chengde village,the author put forward how to build an idea of modern rural ecological tourism which integrated with natural appearance,ecological protection,science education and entertainment,it aimed to highlight the ideas of a field of cultural and ecological concept in the plan of modern agricultural ecology sightseeing tourism.Also a method was proposed that the planning and design of agricultural sightseeing garden should based on ecological benefit and protection of ecological environment,rational development of tourism project and economic benefit.So as to realize a harmony in the agricultural sightseeing garden of ecology,landscape and cultural such functions.
