摘　　要：物流效率直接依赖和受制于物流的网络结构,只有合理的结构才能使物流系统获得整体上的优化。而判断物流网络结构是否合理就要对其进行绩效评价。提出采用AHP与模糊综合评判法相结合的方法,在计算各个评价指标的权重时采用AHP方法,大大降低了运算量;用模糊综合评判法对物流的网络结构进行评价。结合某企业实例,验证了方法的可行性、实用性和有效性。The efficiency of logistics depends on and subject the structure of logistics network directly,reasonable structure is to make the whole logistics system optimization.It is necessary to evaluate its pjudging the structure of logistics network.This paper combine two methods—fuzzy and AHP.Using the amount of computation significantly in the calculation of the weight of each index.And use the fuzzy logistics network structure.An example has proved its feasibility,practicality and effecivieness.
