摘　　要：对VMI"供应商"的范围进行了界定,提出了上级供应方管理库存,构建了装备维修器材VMI体系,并对装备维修器材实施VMI进行了优势分析,该体系的构建将改变传统库存和供应模式为主动配送模式,为实现器材精确保障打下基础。This paper firstly gives an extended definition to the scope of VMI＂supplier＂,puts forward＂the upper grade suppliers managed inventory＂,and sets up a kind of VMI system of equipment maintenance materials.Finally application advantages of VMI in the equipment maintenance materials are analysed.The establishment of VMI system of equipment maintenance materials will change the traditional inventory and supply mode into active conveyance mode,and will lay the foundation for exaxt supply of equipment maintenance materials.
