摘 要:在聚甲醛(POM)中加入少量聚氧化乙烯(PEO),利用PEO本身的晶体状态影响POM的结晶过程。通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、偏光显微镜(PLM)、力学性能测试、平衡扭矩和熔融指数测试,讨论了PEO的分子量和含量对POM结晶行为、力学性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明:PEO的加入没有改变POM的成核方式,当PEO含量较小或分子量较低时,PEO不能结晶。PEO含量或分子量增大,PEO进入到POM晶间,使POM球晶尺寸增大;PEO的加入使得POM/PEO共混体系的冲击强度均有所提高,当PEO占共混体系总质量的5%时,POM/PEO共混体系的冲击强度达最大值,此后随着PEO用量的继续增大,冲击强度略有降低,但始终要高于纯POM;同时,PEO的加入使得共混物的平衡扭矩增大,熔融指数减小,说明POM和PEO之间存在较强的分子间作用力。Small amount of Poly oxide ethylene(PEO) was added into Polyoxymethylene(POM).Crystallizing process of POM was affected by crystalline state of PEO.The influence of molecular weight and content of PEO on the crystallization behavior and properties of POM were studied by means of differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)、wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD)、polarized light microscopy(PLM)、mechanical properties test、balance torque and melt index test.The results showed that PEO did not change the nucleating way of POM in POM/PEO blends.PEO with low content or small molecular weight did not crystallize.When increasing PEO content or molecular weight,PEO can crystallize,the spherulites became larger and the crystallinity increased;The impact strength of POM/PEO blends were increased with the addition of PEO.When the composition was POM/PEO=95/5,POM/PEO blends got the maximum impact strength,further increasing of PEO content resulted a slight weakening of their impact strength,but it was always higher than that of pure POM;Meanwhile,the balance torque became larger and MFI became smaller with increasing the content of PEO,because there was is a intermolecular forces in POM and PEO.
