摘　　要：律师由于具备法律职业优势,在立法方面发挥着非常重要的作用。当代中国律师可以凭借人大代表、政协委员、立法咨询委员、立法助理等特定身份参与立法,也可以通过接受委托立法、直接上书和大众传媒等方式参与立法。由于现有的政治供给机制不充分,当前还存在着不利于律师参与立法的多重制约因素,需要通过政治体制改革进一步保障和扩大律师参与立法的权利。With the legal professional superiority,Lawyers play very an important role in the legislation.Contemporary Chinese Lawyers can participate in legislation not only with the specific identities such as deputy of NPC,member of CPPCC,legislative advisory committee,and legislation assistant,but also by the ways of accepting the entrusting legislation,direct petition and mass media.As the existing political supply mechanism is insufficient,there are multiple constraints restricting lawyers’ participation in legislation at present,so political reform must be done to further protect and extend lawyers’ rights to participate in legislation.
