摘　　要：在建立动态供求紧平衡模型及测算粮食供求紧平衡指数的基础上,探讨了粮食供求紧平衡的调节原理,对供求紧平衡模型进行历史验证,提出了达到政府粮食安全成本最小、农民获得粮食价格收益最大的紧平衡措施。In this article,we build a dynamic tight equilibrium model of food supply-demand and measure index involving it.On the basis of it,we analyse its principles,and test historical accuracy,and then put forward measurements for tight equilibrium through which government can pay the lowest cost of food security and peasants can benefit uttermostly from the food price.
