摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的可用于多、高层房屋建筑的装配整体式结构形式——外壳预制核心现浇装配整体式RC结构体系;对该类结构的U型RC梁外壳的制作方法及工艺进行了研究,设计并制作了U型外壳的制作模板,包括新型的外模支撑、内模安装及脱模、主筋和箍筋定位方法;并且进行了RC梁U型外壳的实际制作。A new of type fabricated integral structure-fabricated integral structure with precast shell and cast-in-place core concrete is introduced in this paper;The making method and technology of U shaped RC beams shell in this structure have been studied,and the making formwork of the U shaped shell have been designed and made,including new type outer formwork system、inter formwork installation and demoulding,the location of main steel bar and stirrup.And is made actually.
