摘 要:目的:探讨血液病患者医院感染的发病率、感染的好发部位、病原菌的分布情况。方法:用KB纸片扩散法对1741例血液病患者中分离的721株病原菌进行药敏试验统计分析。结果:从1741例标本中,分离得到致病菌721株,阳性率为41.4%,其中革兰阳性菌216株,占病原菌的30.0%,革兰阴性菌218株,占病原菌30.2%,白色念珠菌113株,占病原菌15.7%,其他病原菌174株,占病原菌的24.1%。其中白色念珠菌、肠球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌为常见菌。结论:恶性血液病患者医院感染发生率较高,应加强治疗过程的环境保护,及时使用恰当的支持治疗,合理有效应用抗生素,减少恶性血液病患者的医院感染发生率。Objective:To investigate the incidence of hospital infections,predilection sites of infection,pathogen distribution of the patients with hematologic diseases.Methods:Seven hundred and twenty-one pathogenic bacteriais olated from 1 741 patients with hematologic diseases by Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method were analyzed by susceptibility test statistical analysis.Results:Seven hundred and twenty-one pathogenic bacterias were isolated from 1 741 cases,the positive rate is 41.4%,of which 216 strains of gram-positive bacterias(30.0%),218 strains of gram-negative bacterias,(30.2%),113 strains of candida albicans(15.7%),174 strains of other pathogens(24.1%).Candida albicans,enterococcus,klebsiella pneumoniae,coagulase-negative staphylococci,escherichia coli,pseudomonas aeruginosa acustica are common bacterias.Conclusion:The incidence of hospital infections in patients with malignant hematologic diseases are higher,the environment protection in the treatment process should be strengthened,the appropriate supportive care should be used timely and the antibiotics should be used reasonably and effectively in patients with malignant hematologic diseases to reduce the incidence of hospital infections.
