摘　　要：庆阳市煤、石油、天然气等资源异常丰富,但因经济社会发展长期滞后,当前面临着迫切的发展任务。庆阳市政府应抢抓国家能源发展战略西移的机遇,提高对能源基地建设的认识,深入分析大型能源化工基地建设中的各种条件,制定科学的能源开发战略、开发规划和开发思路,积极推进庆阳大型绿色能源化工基地的建设。Qingyang is fairly rich in natural resources,including coal,oil and gas.However it has been impeded for a long time and now faces an urgent task to develop Qingyang should grab the opportunities of the transfer of the national energy development strategies to improve the awareness of the construction of the energy base.We should deeply analyze various favorable circumstances in building the major energy and chemical base to formulate scientific development strategies and planning and thoughts.We should actively promote the large green construction of the energy and chemical base.
