摘　　要：目的:为蒙药接骨木茎质量标准的制定及开发利用提供依据。方法:采用生药学的方法对蒙药接骨木茎原植物形态特征、药材性状和显微鉴别及薄层鉴别进行了观察研究。结果:首次系统阐明了蒙药接骨木茎的生药学特性。结论:为蒙药接骨木茎的准确鉴别和质量控制提供了科学的依据和生药学资料。Objective：To provide evidences for the quality control and the further development of Mongolian drug Stem Sambucus. Methods：This paper observed and studied the characteristic of original plant Stem Sambucus., the macroscopical shapes ,microscopic identifications and TLC identification by the pharmacognostic method. Results：The crude drug identification mark of Mongolian drug Stein Sambucus was described systematically for the first time. Conclusion：The article provided scientific basis and pharmacognostic information for the identification and the quality standards of Mongolian drug Stem Sambucus.
