摘  要:目的:本文考察了棉酚与磺胺的衍生物合成工艺的条件,及合成物的抗菌活性,反应条件涉及温度、物料比、反应时间及反应溶剂等各条件对反应收率的影响。方法:通过正交设计寻找最佳工艺,运用熔点测定仪、元素分析、IR和1HNMR进行确认。通过薄层色谱法监测反应进行程度。结果:棉酚与磺胺衍生物合成的最佳工艺为反应温度50℃,反应时间为3h,反应溶剂为无水乙醇,物料比为1∶2.5。结论:生成的衍生物有较强的脂溶性,在优化工艺下进行反应产量较高,为棉酚与磺胺的衍生物合成提供了较好的方法。Objective:In this paper, a method of studying sulfanilamide and gossypol's derivatives synthesis technology of conditions, and composition's antibacterial activity, reaction conditions concerned with reaction temperation, ratio of reactants, reaction time and sort of solvent.Methods: by orthogonal experimental design search for best process,use melting point apparatus ,UV,IR,NMR determination measure whether have the new material.By TLC monitor the extent of reactions. Result:sulfanilamide and gossypol's derivatives synthesis teehnology of best condition is reaction temperation 50℃, reaction time 3h, sort of solvent is anhydrous , and alcohol ratio of reactants 1:2.5. Antibacterial experiment no obvious effect..Conelusion: these derivatives have strong fat-soluble, by orthogonal experimental design search for best process have high yield, and provide a good method of studying sulfanilamide and gossypol's derivatives synthesis.
